Kylie Banks
(She/Her/Hers)
RP
Kylie is a counsellor who works with individuals aged 13 and older and couples, focusing on complex trauma, attachment wounds, and how early experiences shape how people feel, cope, and relate. She also supports clients experiencing depression, anxiety, and self-esteem challenges.
Kylie holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Western University and practices from an evidence-based, trauma-informed perspective.
In individual sessions, she primarily uses Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy, helping clients explore the different parts of themselves — including those carrying shame or self-doubt — with curiosity and compassion. In couples work, she uses Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help partners understand and shift patterns that cause disconnection, conflict, or withdrawal, fostering emotional safety and closeness.
Kylie works with a diverse range of clients and aims to offer a respectful, inclusive space. Her approach is informed by her research, background, and training in trans-affirmative psychotherapy, honoring each client’s lived experience and identity.
She provides a warm, safe space where all parts — especially those carrying shame, low self-esteem, or self-doubt — are welcome.

Sena (Meziyet) Bozkir
Sena Bozkir is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who brings a balance of warmth, acceptance, compassion, and kindness, along with curiosity and intuition, to the work you do together. Her focus is on supporting clients with anxiety disorders, depression, emotion regulation challenges, sleep issues, relationship and attachment issues, and relational trauma. Her work is informed by Gestalt Therapy, which emphasizes authenticity, responsibility, embodiment, and presence in the here-and-now. It encourages noticing thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations as they arise, and exploring them in the moment. Sena’s sessions may include talk, experiential exercises, or somatic awareness, depending on what feels supportive and meaningful for you. She also draws on Person-Centred Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other somatic-based techniques, tailoring her approach to the needs of each client. Miranda Crocket
(She/Her/Hers)
Miranda (she/her) is a Registered Social Worker with extensive experience in the fields of community mental healthcare and social services. She holds a Masters of Social Work from the University of Toronto, a Graduate Diploma from McMaster University in Clinical Behavioural Sciences and is engaged in continual learning about trauma, PTSD and evidence-based care.
Miranda’s clinical focus is supporting adult clients navigating challenges related to trauma, anxiety, stress, emotional dysregulation, relationships and life transitions. Her practice is neurodiversity-affirming and is attuned to the unique needs, strengths, cultures and identities of each client. Using a flexible and integrative approach, she draws on different modalities and tools to meet clients where they are, in a way that is meaningful to each individual.
Miranda seeks to bring her humanity and authentic self to her work. As a client, you can expect to be met with warmth and a sense of humour. Recognizing that many traumas occur in the context of relationships, her practice is rooted in establishing a collaborative therapeutic relationship where clients feel seen, cared for and safe to be their authentic selves too.
The things that happen to us do not have to define us. In therapy, Miranda hopes that you will find an empowering and encouraging space to define for yourself who you are, what matters to you and what possibilities the rest of your life can hold.
Outside of work, Miranda can be found hiking Hamilton’s trails with her family, gardening, doing artsy-crafty things or watching too much reality TV.

Dallas Dabrowski
(She/Her/Hers)
Dallas Dabrowski, B.A., B.S.W., M.S.W., R.S.W., is a Registered Social Worker with over 17 years of experience supporting children, youth, and families across hospital, school, and community settings. She currently works as a clinical therapist at McMaster Children’s Hospital in the Child & Adolescent Medicine program and also provides therapy through Hamilton Trauma Therapy, where she works with youth and caregivers navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, emotion regulation challenges, borderline personality disorder traits, and family stress.
Dallas has extensive training in evidence-based approaches including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT). Her approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and skills-based, helping clients better understand their emotions and develop tools they can use in everyday life.
Dallas believes that supporting young people often means supporting the entire family. Parenting is the hardest job there is. Many families come to therapy already doing the very best they can with the tools they have, and sometimes those tools simply aren’t enough for the challenges they’re facing. Dallas truly believes it takes a village to raise a child, and that no one should have to navigate these challenges alone. She feels honored to be part of the village supporting her clients and their families, working alongside youth and caregivers to build new skills, strengthen relationships, and help families move forward with greater confidence and connection.
Dallas brings a balance of warmth, humour, and straightforward honesty to her work. She values creating a space where clients feel genuinely understood while also feeling supported to look at patterns, try new approaches, and build practical skills that support lasting change in everyday life.
